Q & A Feedback

I decided to write a book which would be  more like a guide on sharing my 16 years experience in working out and keeping in shape at all time.

I had this idea a few years back ,but probably I wasn't ready , but meeting  my friend Narcisse Navare (www.khajj.com who is already a brilliant and successful writer) gave me the motivation to start this project.
I haven't decided on the concept yet and that's why I would greatly appreciate your feedback on topics that I should write on, make short movies etc. And would be interesting for you to read or to learn

I would really appreciate any questions or any subject related to this of course that its relevant for you guys
Thank you so much :)

  1. Make sure you do a section on nutrition and perhaps add in some of your top easy meals. I liked the YouTube video you did a while back about breakfast because you talked about everyday foods, things that are easy for anybody to find. There's nothing worse than people who recommend special brands, supplements etc that are out of the reach of those of us on a tight budget. I think you could do a great section on what foods to look for at your local supermarket.

    1. Great :) Sounds like a neet idea...In general I dislike fancy foods or "modern foods" that you will never ever have the ingredients for.. and most likely will never help you in any real situation

    2. Along the same thought line... you could do a section on quick workouts to do in any setting (home, hotel, work, etc). Again, it was awesome to see you showing what you do - simple yet effective workouts that can be done anywhere.
As a flat-out Mum of two young kids I was stoked to find you sharing things that I can do at home when I have a spare five minutes.
Looking forward to seeing your book!

  2. There are many incredible aspects about your successful career that differentiate the concepts of cause and effect substantially.

True, you are a remarkably beautiful man in possession of the all coveted combination of both brawn AND brain, however there is something to be said of the way you inspire and motivate the world around you.

As a muse to so many artists and the man who takes the breath away of many women, even happily married ones, I think people are not only interested in how you stay fit, but what makes you, YOU. I'm sure even Aphrodite is scratching her head here...

I think people would love to hear about your childhood, your struggles through youth and adulthood, how those things shaped you as a person and son on to get a little insight on the inside beneath the beautiful outside we all know and love.

Or in other words, Andrei you shine. Tell us where the light is coming from, yes? I know it's not just low carbs and cardio!!!! People care about you are a person. Please don't mistake your fans as only wanting to know your diet!

  3. Writing a book is a wonderful idea, and I'm so happy to hear that you want to write your own story. What would I want to see? Inspire me. How can I get enough nutrition on a tight budget? What workouts are best? What made you start your fitness program when you did? How would you inspire others to start their own programs?

  4. A great idea to write a book! If you need an illustrator for the book - contact me! :) I would love to help you out.
I would love to see in your book effective exercises - easy and fast to do. Affordable nutrition, easy routine but not boring and fun. I hope that helps.

    1. Hey, Thanks for your blog, it's very interesting to see how you are open to share some aspect of your personal life which is a way to say that you have a personnality beyond your awesome body. The point I would like you elaborate in your book in addition to how to maintain and improve the body, is certainly how to work to build and keep a strong spirit and the will which I believe is important as the latin quote : Mens sana in corpore sano (a sound mind in a healthy body).
Many thanks again, good luck and success!

  6. Hey Andrei, a suggestion is to consider that some (ok most) of us will never look like you, it's just a dream, for when one works like 50-70 hours a week in an office, there is little time. You have traveled so much, how do you work out when you don't get to a gym, as I don't often have time, travel a lot, and I'm just lazy from work, travel etc. And, have to eat out all the time, no home cooking. I saw a video of you where you jumped rope, and surprisingly I started doing that and it's been kind of fun and has worked for me. So perhaps a section in the book on these type of short cuts, or ways that you can bring the gym with you when you can't or don't want to go to the gym is another thought. Perhaps you realize this, so pardon my statement, but create an outline or table of contents of what you want to say or put into the book, then start writing; it just guides you through the process with more focus. Also, if you do this book, please, do a book signing, as I want to meet you in person and get my book signed, and a picture made with you! All the best!
