Motivation

 First rule for working out motivation is to HATE YOUR BODY !!
I know it sounds weird but as long as you're pleased with your fat self you will never gain any progress

  3. If you don't love yourself before, you won't love yourself after. It's your body, you should adore it at every weight. That's not to say that people shouldn't want to be healthy, but they should do it positively. Self hate is a dangerous thing.
